The Southernmost House is a historic inn situated by the Atlantic Ocean on the southern end of Duval Street. The house was built in 1896 as a private home for Dr. Jeptha Vining Harris, a prominent Civil War surgeon, where he lived with his wife Florida.

Sloppy Joe's on Duval Street is one of Key West's iconic bars, and a visit to this historical establishment is one of the fun things to do in Key West.

The La Concha Hotel is a historical hotel located on Duval Street that has been a unique part of Key West history since its opening in 1926. At seven floors, the hotel was and still is the tallest building in downtown Key West. When designer and developer Carl E. Aubuchon opened the hotel, it was the first of its kind in the city.
